1. What the Service does

The Service is an interface for instant cryptocurrency exchanges. Exchanges are executed by our liquidity partner ChangeNOW. We do not hold your funds: you send coins to a one-time deposit address, and the exchanged coins are sent directly to the address you provide.

2. Rates

Rates shown are floating estimates based on market conditions. The final amount you receive may differ from the estimate due to price movement between creating the exchange and your deposit being confirmed.

3. Your responsibilities

• You provide a correct recipient address (and memo/tag where required). Transactions on public blockchains cannot be reversed.
• You send the correct coin on the correct network. Funds sent on a different network may be lost.
• You use the Service only with funds you lawfully own, and not from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited.

4. Compliance checks

To prevent fraud and money laundering, an exchange may be paused for verification by our liquidity partner. In that case you may be asked to confirm the source of funds, or the exchange may be refunded to your refund address.

5. Refunds

If an exchange cannot be completed, funds are returned to the refund address you provided, minus network fees. If none was provided, contact support with your order ID.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect addresses, wrong networks, blockchain delays, or market price changes.
